How to prepare for a mobile car valet

Send the important details when you ask for a quote

Give the make and model, your postcode and an honest idea of the vehicle’s condition. A photograph is helpful if there is heavy mud, bird mess, tree sap or anything else that may need extra time.

Choose a suitable place for the vehicle

A driveway or another agreed private parking space is usually easiest. There should be enough room to move safely around the vehicle without blocking a pavement or working in moving traffic.

If parking is tight, shared or controlled, mention it before the appointment so we can decide whether the location is workable.

Clear access around the car

Move bins, bikes, toys and other obstacles away from the vehicle. Keep keys available in case the car needs to be repositioned, but do not leave keys unattended outside.

Remove valuables and personal items

The Premium Setup Wash includes the interior, so remove loose belongings, visible valuables and anything fragile before we arrive. Maintenance visits also include an interior vacuum and wipe-down, which is easier when seats, footwells and the boot area are reasonably clear.

Check the forecast, but do not panic about it

Light, changeable weather does not always stop a mobile clean. Strong wind, very heavy rain, freezing conditions or unsafe surfaces may mean the appointment needs to move. We contact you if the conditions are not suitable.
